"An application has been made to rezone 10903 115 St. NW. If approved, the zoning for lot 27, Block 13A, Plan 2109 HW would changer from (RF1) Single Detached Residential Zone to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to accommodate five (5) row housing units. 


In addition, an amendment would be made to the Central McDougall/Queen Mary Park Area Redevelopment Plan to reflect the associated rezoning."


This proposal is of a concern to the community because it's a departure from the Area Redevelopment Plan which encourages the protection of RF1 Zoning for single detached residential to preserve the diversity of housing options. See p. 27 and 57 of the plan. Some community members feel this development would diversify housing options and promote infill. The City and the Community League needs to hear from you.
